Nice vibe, mix of locals and out of towners... Relaxed, but lively chatting, friendly people. Live music. Great backyard area with a fire pit. Dog friendly. Fish & Chips, poutine, prime rib and loaded baked potato were all delicious We loved Banker & Woody the kitties.

Came out for the crab fest and the service and drinks did not disappoint! Very outdoorsy rugged feel and a ton of fun games set up for families and kiddos.

A great little place off the beaten path. We attended the Steak, Cigar and Whiskey festival. They had live music and indoor or outdoor seating. It's looks like an old time saloon type place. Really cute and picture worthy. I should have worn my western boots. The drinks and appetizers we had were really good! Check it out on your way to and from Fredericksburg.

As a vintage / historic saloon & restaurant we give Bankersmith five stars. Mike is more than just a friendly bartender. He can answer all your questions and take your food order. Lillys cooking is top Chef level. You can't beat the Friday steak dinner special or the Wednesday 1/2 rack pork ribs dinner special. If you don't come with a big appetite, you'll need a to-go box. All their menue items are delicious and a great value for you money. There is almost always live country music being played out in the courtyard western town. I have never met a more friendly group of people from waitstaff to the regular customers . Well worth the 20 minute drive on Old San Antonio rd.

Swung by here just because it looks so cool at dusk right after we finish watching the bats go crazy out of the Old Tunnel State Park. It was Wednesday evening and it was karaoke night and the locals were here going at it! Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful evening, Just enjoying the moment. The beer was cold and that was all that mattered.

WOW! Hidden gem out in Hill Country! Do yourself a favor and check it out - the food was DELICIOUS, there was live music and beers! We stayed the night camping across the street with all the animals and it reset our hearts and minds to get out of the hustle and bustle of Dallas. Thank you!!
